If you are lucky, you will have 80, 90 or even 100 birthdays on this earth. While that is excellent for many reasons, ago that it is difficult to find unique birthday cake ideas every year.
1. Atomic cake
So why is this colourful layered cake called an atomic cake? Because it's the bomb Of course!
It really is the cake for everyone, no matter what your favourites are.
The bottom layer is a chocolate cake, followed by a yellow or banana cake, with a white (or strawberry) layer on top.
Between each layer of cake are vanilla, chocolate and banana puddings, whipped cream and fresh strawberries and bananas.
2. Hamburger cake
This hamburger patty may look super complicated and intricate, but you'll make it with just five ingredients and different coloured food colouring.
The "buns" are layers of yellow cake. The burger is a layer of chocolate cake with chocolate icing, and the lettuce, cheese and condiments are dyed and fondant-shaped.
3. Ding Dong Cake
Ironically, this Ding Dong cake looks much simpler than the hamburger cake, but it requires a lot more ingredients and a bit more work.
Still, it's not difficult either, it just takes a bit of time.
And after the first bite of that sweet, fluffy chocolate cake with chocolate ganache frosting and creamy vanilla filling, you won't mind the extra time you spent preparing it.
